As far as I know, Yahoo doesn’t offer any WiFi services. In fact, they’re not even an ISP, they’re an internet portal. You would need to look for a local wi-fi hotspot, or see if anyone at the RV park has a wired connection and would be agreeable to sharing it via wi-fi, maybe for some $$ or buy him a beer occasionally.
