Just a short video of the Cedar Bluff Reservoir in north central Kansas. The footage was recorded from on top of the dam a few minutes before sunset with some commentary by Chris Miller.

I agree!! Get your facts straight. The Smokey River feeds into Cedar Bluffson the west side. The water that comes into the lake is runoff into the Smokey River from western Kansas. It is now 2011 and in the 2010 season the outcrop you showed on your video was completely underwater. But, they also release water to recharge the aquifer for the cities of Hays, Russell and irrigation. You should have went and talked to the Park office instead of sounding dumb.
hey there buddy, get your facts straight, there is a river that runs into the lake from the west side, and it didnt evaporate away, they take water out of it for a water supply in hays kansas, so next time before you go posting stuff on the internet make sure you know what your talking about
