is it ok for a small city to encourage and advertise 24 hr fishing at public pier only to issue no stoping tks
at the end of del norte st their is a 24 hr publick fishing pier in an unlit industrial area the st ends in a cul_de_sack with lights at the end of the pier there is an excessive amount of homless and while ive never had a problem with anyone after 22 yrs of fishing there the city has placed no stop[ing between 10pm & 6am just outside the lighted cul de sack before the pier but their isnt any at the end of the st where the pier begins so i assume the invite you to come park 200?-500? ft from the piers beginning in the dark where you cannot see youre vehicle and carry all youre fishing gear past all the sleeping homless and to the end of the pier to fish they dont offer pay parking their is no parking congestion or crouding some pepole do thr to camp their on occasion or mabey catch a couple miniuts sleep after driving 6 hours to come fish in our fine city and i guess they could issue them tickets sence its illegal to get rest before driving i live in this town paid $38 for a fsh li

I’d quit this fishing game, its too hard
Maybe they don’t want people parking and partying in that lit-up spot.
Sounds to me the no stopping is at the cul de sac, then you say “but their isn’t any at the end of the st. where the pier begins” so that says to me there is NO parking restriction closer to the pier. So what is the problem??
and don’t any fish bite in the daytime?
