What’s going on with the lake in park forest I’ll? ?

Why is it this lake in park forest I’ll always muddy? why sometime the village of park forest post no fishing for a year or two then they take the post down ? And what kind of fish is in there ? I know bullhead cats blue gills and carp. is there any other fish in there? Thank you.

Sauk Lake is actually an impounded creek. It is cutting ravines and valleys all along its course, so naturally it would be carrying those soils away.
I don’t know anything about the fishing.
