    water will be very high then.
    Hit the small creeks or go up to tuolumne medow
    to fish. any dry flies should entice some wilds up there.

    nice trout. you should see the 3 lb 20 in brookie my dad caught. state record holder 4 this year

    Hey Khuegin.
    tuolumne is going to be my next trip.
    I don’t know when is good and where but
    I’ll have to venture into that area next year.
    I have been to So. fork merced and the main merced.
    I’m also thinking about creek fishing too.
    I’ve heard that brook trout are also in some of the creeks.

    Nice- that’s a great spot to fish- not a lot huge but tough to beat the scenery. Tuolome (spelling?) is pretty serene as well.

    its been a while since ive been to the merced… i gotta buddy who caught a preety big brown up there

    south fork of Merced, near Wawona Hotel.
    There were larger trout on Main Merced in the Park as well. We’ve caught browns to rainbows up to 17″ but mostly 10″ average
