Any company will do it, but it will cost a fortune. You could incorporate by filing papers with your state department of assessments and taxations (at least thats what we call it in MD) which is usually fairly cheap, then get corporate insurance which would cover anyone driving it who you let drive it as long as you say its for corporate business.
