Thinking about getting one, but not sure that if I get one without them in it and I can’t put them in I will be pissed haha. Please help

It depends on what you mean.
There are small electric coolers that plug into the cigarette lighter, but they don’t get very cold.
There are propane refrigerators for RVs and campers that work fine, but are not cheap.
There also are simply 110 volt small refrigerators that will only work when you park and plug in.
Check out an RV supply store.
The one I linked is a 3 way refrigerator, meaning it can work on propane, 110 volts, or 12 volt DC.
You can find used ones cheap on craigslist from RVs being parted out.
All of the VW campers I ever owned only had an icebox cooler built in.
And the full camper is so expensive, that you would save money fitting your own camper equipment.
All of the Kombi Type II Camper vans had fridges and mini stoves with the exception of the Weekender. This was a Camper without the pop-top and the fridge.
