most of the time they throw the ones out that turned out black or messed up. Buy a real camera and that won’t happen!!! :) btw they did you a favor by not making you buy the black ones.

Why are you blaming them for your bad photography??

They can only develop and print that which is possible on the film.

Maybe they should sue you for wasting their chemicals.

“im so mad! im gonna sue them” LOL!

They actually saved you money by not printing the unprintable ones. That didn’t happen in the old days; they made you buy all the prints. The fault is likely your deficient photo skills and not the processor.

Go back and have the entire film strip scanned at hi-res. You may be able to recover some image data in post processing.

The answer to this is really obvious.. They did not maliciously pick photos out of the film, throw in the bin and then wait to see the look on your face. You did not take the images properly and they did not turn out, simple as that.

Did you not bother to ask them why the images were not printed?.

(Suing Walmart for a missing photo?.. One of the funniest things I have read here all day)

I was driving my car the other day at 100 miles per hour on a crowded street while talking on the phone, combing my hair, and eating a Big Mac. I had a wreck. I’m so mad. I’m going to sue that stupid car maker, it is all their fault.

Can you see how stupid that is? It is NO different than what you are saying. Walmart OR the camera is not to blame for YOUR lack of photography skills.

Grow up, get some common sense, and maybe even learn some things about how to take photos.

Ladies and gentleman, THIS is why digital tends to be better than film.

Although for the competent photographers film can be a great thing. In the not so competent, it’s dangerous as demonstrated here.

Go ahead and sue Wal-Mart. I will laugh my butt off when they tell you where to shove it. Get a point and shoot digital camera and take all the crappy pics you want. Or, you can learn to take better pictures on both film and digital and then you can ogle your crush of the day all you want.
