What is a Marine recruit supposed to bring to boot camp?
ByLike tooth paste & socks and stuff? Or do they give you everything? What do they do if you bring nothing with you but your wallet?
Whew, looks like my fiance did okay.. He only brought his wallet with social security and cash.. He didn’t even bring a tube of toothpaste, just a sample he thru away at the hotel!

Bring the clothes on your back and your social security card. There’s a list of what you can bring and cannot bring in the welcoming packet. Everything you need will be issued to you and you will also be able to make purchases at the base exchange. The less you bring the easier things will be

take yourself and your wallet, drivers license and 20 bucks.
you will get issued everything you will need when you arrive and will buy hygiene stuff.
and you store your wallet in your trunk that you have…sorry i mean your foot locker
haha yeah..he did a good thing..bring as little as possible!!! thats what my fiance did for marine boot camp..tell him thanks and good luck!
