what qualifications do you need to sell hot bacon sarnies etc from catering van?
We have campers in our field all summer and quite a tourist position…im thinking of getting a catering van or trailer…to sell hot bacon rolls…burgers etc….i have a foundation certificate in food/hygiene…..what else do i need to do
