Its going to be the beginning of September. I am going for 2 nights. i dont how cold or hot it will be, so i would LOVE a list of every necessary thing i will need. please make categories. i love that stuff. like will i need hiking boots or will sneakers do. THANK YOU!!
I am a girl btw, 13 years of age.
its just a camp ground, not deep woods with wolves, and i am asking about clothes and other stuff like that

Where are you going camping at? There are all sorts of camping – desert, deep woods, at a campground, etc. and there are so many different climates. Also, how many people are you going with? Are you asking about what clothes/toiletries you will need only? Or also the tent/sleeping bag/etc.?
I don’t really jest camp out for fun, someone tried to call it a Christian camp as a joke
I don’t recommend camping unless you have a professionalor know a ranger
Check these lists.
Bathroom/personal care items:
Deodorant
Tooth brush
Tooth paste
Shampoo/conditioner (if you can shower)
Face wash
Hand sanitizer
make up removing wipes
Baby wipes
Pads/Tampons (if you have started your period)
Hair brush/comb
Towel
Soap
Beauty items:
Chapstick (MAKE sure to bring this)
Body spray/mist/perfume
Any makeup you use
Lotion
Nail file/clippers
Bed items:
Sheets
Sleeping Bag
Pillows
Blankets (take extra, because if might get really cold at night. Even if you usually only sleep with one or two blankets, bring 4-5 just to be safe.)

Flashlight
Clothing:
4-5 shirts (so you can change according to the weather)
Shorts
Jeans
Sweats
A jacket/hoodie/sweater
Socks
Hiking shoes/tennis shoes
Additional items:
Water bottles
Sunscreen
Lantern/flashlight
notebook
pencil
Book
Puzzles
Board Games
You’ll do fine
Bring things that interest you, you dont want to get bored if you have nothing to do. Im a 15 year old girl and I’m going camping in september as well!
The Pocket Ranger app is a great app for everything outdoors but they put together a great checklist to make sure you have everything you need while camping!

Take mostly the same things you’d take to stay at a friend’s house, plus:
sleeping bag/pad
pillow
water bottle
warm jacket
folding chair (unless there will be extras there)
flashlight
small knife (probably unnecessary since you’re with a group, but they’re good for sharpening wooden marshmallow sticks, since marshmallows fall off the metal ones when they get too hot)
Don’t take makeup. Or sheets. WTF.
Seriously, 2 days, you will hardly need anything. And yes, sneakers will do fine.
