What types of healthy foods should i bring to cheer camp?
ByI’m going to cheer camp on Friday, & the camp isn’t serving breakfast or lunch. There’s a mini fridge in the hotel room so they told us to bring HEALTHY snacks. My roommate is bringing some candy to ease ourselves from all the healthy eating, but I’m in charge of the healthy foods.

bring healthy cereal, fruit and veggies.

Also dried fruits and veggies and nuts(to ultimate snackage and space saving)

Here are some healthy food ideas that you can bring with you to camp:
- cereals (ones such as Special K, Kashi, Cheerios, General Mills are good)
- wholegrain crackers
- trail mix
- fruits (if it’s difficult to transport fresh fruits, buy them canned or dried, but without added sugar)
- pitas (and if possible, you could bring hummus to put on them)
- nutrition bars (such as those by Special K, Luna and Nature Valley)
- oatmeal
