   Check out a local Canadian Tire or hardware store type place for cooking essentials.

   Tent with cover
   Mat to put on ground under tent
   Air mattresses
   Sleeping bags
   BUG REPELLANT!
   Matches
   Food
   Rope and container to hang food from tree and away from bears
   Flashlight
   Toilet Paper
   Bio-degradable hair/body products (Herbal Essences)
   Extra clothes incase of cold weather

   Tea towels. so simple, but yet so rarely remembered. (And a pain in the backside when forgotton)
