fossils fuels are fossilized remains of organisms +100,000 years old. So fossil fuels are natural. But they are definitely nonrenewable because human lifespans are much shorter than fossil fuel formation.
Nonrenewables are gone once it’s used. Solar power is based on the sun, but we have 4.5 billion years until the sun expands and cooks us, so people consider solar energy as renewable.
Solar power is renewable, but spotty because it works in a clear day sky. Most renewable energy sources are carbon neutral and regrow fairly shortly.
