batteries because something might go wrong with the solar power. if there is then the solar power caluculator is no use. so i prefer batteries because, all we do is change the battery.

Solar power. It’s cheaper and more environmentally friendly, and you don’t have to worry about it dying on you in the middle of an exam.
Batteries, because a set of batteries will last about two years and I don’t need to worry about lighting.
