How can a business use 300% solar power? Wouldn’t 100% mean everything they have uses it already?

What they are apparently saying is that they make 3 x the amount of solar power they need…
It means that they have 3 times more than their previous usage
no it does not mean that
If you use 1Kw of electricity and you produce 4Kw of electricity, then you have produced 3Kw more than you used. 300% of 1 is 3.
