The American taxpayer developed both very successfully- but you wouldn’t want to
give them credit- lets make the money a waste by not admitting they exist, shall we?
Cars can already run on solar, that has been possible since the 1970s. I doubt planes will ever run on solar. The possibility for mass death and destruction is just too high.
Last time I checked planes can fly. As for cars running on wind, probably never unless you put a sail on it. As for cars running on solar power, there have been some built.
I don’t know, but I hope it’s soon. I’ve been fascinated with the idea of solar cars since early in my childhood. I got a Matchbox Car set, and one was a solar car…
I say we tap the earth’s magnetic energy as a fuel source. It is completely unlimited however may meet opposition with animal rights groups due to the complication that may occur in the migration patterns of birds.
However I believe that by processing magnetic energy and making it an engine may help prevent that from happening.
Just put money into the problem and we cn do it by the year 2599. We can do anything if we just put more money into the infrastructure. Every good progressive knows that if we throw enough money into the problem it will be fixed. Just look at the wonderful education system that Mr. Obama bragged about in the SOTU speech. That is the result of Government funding millions. To me though the education system in the 1950′s was the envy of the world. In the 1960′s the fed’s started throwing federal money along with federal mandates. Now we are no better than 3rd world.
never and a day
yesterday,, now it’s just a matter of putting all of this to practice

Right after we run out of oil.

Hopefully before we pump the last barrel of oil out of the ground! And maybe before you cons think!

Technically electric cars can be powered on solar/wind energy if you’re willing to pay the extra 6 cents per kilowatt for renewable electric service.
Cars can run on wind and solar power right now. Electric cars that are recharged from electricity generated by solar panels or wind turbines.
