How can I keep paint on the chair and off of me?

I spray painted some patio furniture that was starting to fade, and let it sit, its been about a year now and the paint still seems to rub off on me and whatever else touches it. Is there a way I can keep it from giving me a green thumb?
u need to put a clear coat of paint on it
You need to take a wire brush or sandpaper and a rag,and hit the chairs a lick and then spray paint over. It’ll put a fresh new coat on there, and will cover the old paint. Usually patio furniture has to be touched up each spring. Or mine does. Good luck ♥
hire a professional painter
If the paint if chipping and rubbing off on you, you definately need to repaint it. Sand if first so that you get a good finish. Also, consider covering the furniture with patio furniture covers while you are not using it and during the off season. It will help the paint last longer.
