Well, if it says dry clean only that means you’re not supposed to get it wet. So unless your patio is covered and doesn’t get any rain, I’d say the fabric will get ruined by getting wet.

I believe that you have purchased the wrong fabric for outdoor , outdoor fabric is waterproof and cannot be dry clean only since it belongs outside ,when dry clean only is stated on the label it shouldn’t come in contact with water , so you must get something else Waverly has beautiful fabric for draperies . and indoor use and I think that this is what you have bought .Make some nice pillows with it .

Your question is confusing. If you bought actual outdoor furniture furniture and it say dry clean only you are okay. if you bought a “dry clean only fabric” and want to use it for outdoor furniture you are probably out of luck.

I would not, the cost of cleaning would be high and all the items would need to be removable. If you will be storing the cushions indoors when not in use then washable fabric will do, if you will be leaving them out the a PVC (Poly-vinyl-chloride) coated acrylic fabric would serve best as it resists fading and weather damage.
