i left my tweed couch out in the rain and now it smells what can i do to clean it?

i’m letting it sit in the sun and spraying it with Lysol disinfectant and i would like to possibly bring it inside
it was given to me by a college friend because he was moving out
the reason it was out was because we were give two other couch and we did not have enough room in our house. after re arranging furniture we have room for it
so i left it under a small overhang of our roof on our patio of our pool
try a steam cleaner, and try this stuff called fantastic
Its a goner, pitch it the smell will never come out.
