our neighbors dog pees on our deck and they wont stop it?

We live in a condo and the dog above us pees out on their patio which in turn pours down onto us, our deck, and our patio furniture. We’ve asked them nicely 3 times and it hasn’t stopped. We even hear them telling the dog to “go potty” outside. The most recent time I talked to them they pretty much told me they arent going to do anything about it. I’ve suggested they try potty pads or not being lazy and walking their dog outside. HOA said all they can do is send a warning since they are the owners of the condo. Is there anything else we can do?
Animal control might be able to do something, or police, or whoever owns the condos. Those would be my top three to start with.
Staple a heavy plastic coating over the entire bottom of their patio and reinforce it with plywood. Or, you could take a large sheet of window grade plexiglass and affix that to the bottom of their patio. With screws. That way the pee will stay in their zone and not invade yours.
Do what someone I knew did, save your own urine, and at night go and spread it around on their deck (or in front of the house if you can’t reach it and it’ll just drip back onto your deck). Or get some nasty poo and leave them a present. If you know which car is theirs, you can also pour in urine into their vents (located in the front of the car near the windshield wipers) that way when they turn the heat or AC on it’ll stink.
you can offer to get their dog and walk him outside. or you could talk to them again and again and keep talking to them everyday till they actually walk over and let the dog go on the grass. or you could buy them potty pads.
