Patio door in bathroom out to deck?
i wanted to put a smaller size patio door into the bathroom on the second floor leading to a large deck in the backyard. Is this odd or has anyone ever seen or heard of this being done? the bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. We just thought it would be nice for people to go from the deck/pool with out having to walk through the entire house. I just need opinions and advice. I would put it in the master bedroom, but then there would not be enough room for furniture.
I think it is an excellent idea and should you ever decide to sell it may make the house more marketable. Instead of a patio door I would use a french door. It would look nicer and be more secure.
