The Fisher method of raising cats? I know you don’t know what this is, but please read this?

know you have no clue about the Fisher method. Allow me to explain, and tell me your opinions. Thanks! With the Fisher method, a cat(or kitten),is disciplined when he does something wrong(steals food, bites someone), by taking a (mild temperature) shower. It is 2 minutes for a kitten, 3 for a 1 year old cat, and so on and so forth. With the Fisher method, cats are not permitted to climb on furniture. They are only allowed on the sofa when the owner says it is okay. No litter boxes with the Fisher method. Cats are taken out on leashes to use the bathroom. If they use the bathroom indoors, they are taken outside. Fisher cats have their claws removed and are not permitted any foul behavior toward their owners. Fisher cats are not fed cat food, they are fed human food, all of healthy content, served in a plastic bowl. Fisher cats can go out on a patio or porch alone but no further. Fisher cats also co-sleep with their owners. They may not sleep anywhere else, and Fisher owners should not feel complete without their cat in the bed. Is this an animal development breakthrough, or is it a waste of time? Please feel free to answer.
This is the way my sister is raising her cats, her last name is Fisher, I agree LOL.

Sounds stupid, but do whatever, except with one exception- having their claws removed. That’s like someone ripping out your nails. So cruel. Just get them trimmed, or a plastic cap put over the tip.

Sounds like they shouldn’t have a pet at all.

sounds like so much fanatical stupidity to me.if you want an animal that needs walked, get a dog. but from the sounds of the rest of this the person who condones it doesnt need an animal, period.
