What causes spots on my patio furniture?

There are these little spots that look like blackheads all over my patio furniture. They are so hard to clean but this can be accomplished by picking them off one by one. Any suggestions as to what they are and and easier way to clean my white plastic furniture? I’m wondering if they are bug poop or something.

it might be mold try putting a little bleach and water on the spot
Flies actually eat by regurgitating vomit full of gastric acids and then eating…You can be a very clean person, but if you don’t disinfect, the smell of food of still there and attracting flies…A light rub of bleach will distract the flies..
Hi,
I think it’s fungi. They love plastic as they mistake it for wood. If there’s shadow in your patio, then they have the ideal conditions to develop. What you have to do is use some vinegar. They’ll soon be off and stay that way.
