Ordinary bleach is the best thing to remove mold. I cannot tell you the ratio to water that will not cause any damage to the canvas. I think I would start with one part bleach to twenty parts water and see what happens on a small spot before doing the whole unit.

Use white vinegar or lemon juice full strength. Apply with a sponge or scrubby.
Let dry in full sun.
