Am I able to call my friend who’s visiting Oregon for free?

We both have AT&T basic plans. She’s visiting Oregon for a running camp and we both wanted to know if it was possible for her to call me (in California) while she’s in Oregon for free and vice versa.

When I used to see AT&T, all mobile to mobile was included however that was a few years ago so that may have changed.
Unless she is roaming, it should still count as mobile to mobile. If she is roaming, she will get charged for it, so make sure you both figure that out.
