Can a lieutenant’s referral help my boyfriend during his army AIT school?
My boyfriend is graduating from army boot camp in under 3 weeks, after that he will be in Missouri for AIT training. My friend is an Army Lieutenant and he said that he can give a good word to the ppl in Missouri and that my bf can possibly get some perks/liberties as a result…..is this true?!

Possible, although it’s unlikely. Although I don’t know too many lieutenants out there who would stick their neck out and embarrass themselves over a trainee.
No, not likely. Very honorable of your friend to stick his neck out like that. I’d like to know who he is. Just a lieutenant? Nice kid.
But no he won’t be treated specially or with any perks.
Probably draw attention to him. And that may or may not be a good thing……………
