Desperate single mom trying to find funding for summer camp for my 8 year old in Georgia?

My son has yet to experience summer camp and this year he really wants to. I just don’t have the funds. I was hoping there would be grants that would help. Any suggestions? I can be reached at tamekawilson30@yahoo.com. Thanks so much.
Get a job or teach him that you not always get what you want unless you are prepared to earn it. (I vote for option B, he has to learn it anyway)
Also, don’t put your e-mail there or people might get the wrong idea, especially witht that title…
8 years old is not all that old to not have experienced summer camp.
Some camps are run by non-profit agencies and some have financial assistance available. You’ll just have to do the legwork and find out which camps are available, and then contact them to see if they have any camperships.
