Me and a three other people I know got together and decided we wanted to start an academic camp next summer (not like outside, tents, etc. but classroom type stuff) for high school students competing in debate the follow school year. We need to know if we have to actually become a business to do this,especially if we plan on doing it annually. This camp would be in Texas if that makes a difference. Also, if you answer can you please list your source so I have something to show my partners?
