Help!?!?! Only 13 days!!!!?

I kind of left it to the last minute but… I’m going to mexico in 13 days and I have a problem: My pants are about half a size too small. How can I fit into them and lose a little weight in this time frame?!

I’m at camp, which is 40 minutes workout (laps, pushups etc..) and I dance for about an hour or so. I have weights but no access to cardio equipment, only on Wednesdays! Help!

    you dont need equipment to do cardio jogging outside, biking, walking, jump jacks, joggin on the spot ect, try decreasing your carb intake by 30%- 60% and exercise 1 hour every day for the next 13 days avoiding junk and crap food and you will see results
