We bought a used horse trailer from a junkyard that was destined for the crusher. With a little love, bondo and paint it has been restored to its functional status. What i would like to know is now that we have fixed it up we want to get it liscenced so we can travel with it but do not have any papers on it. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
