How can I clean the aluminum siding on my camper?

I have an older camping trailer that is stained and has years of built up dirt, grease and grime. I ‘ve tried to use household cleaning products to no avail. How can I clean it without ruining the factory finish of the aluminum?
I usually mix a cup of Simple Green and a cup of bleach with a gallon of water in a sprayer. Let it soak for a few minutes and rub it with a brush. If you can pull it to a car wash would be great, but a spray nozzle should do the trick.
