How can I write a letter to my friend in Coast Guard boot camp?
I know he’s in Cape May, New Jersey but that’s about it. He want’s me to write him, but I don’t even know if this is allowed?! And if it is, how can I do it?

It’s allowed, get the address from his parents. My buddy is a Merchant Marine, I can talk to him on the phone on Sundays, he gets my mail, and he can go on facebook sometimes.
Just ask his parents for the address.
