How do i convince my parents into letting me get out of camp?
i hate my camp and want to get out of it so i told my parents i hate it and don’t want to go to it and they said go to it this summer and next summer i will go to a different camp. But i HATE camp i would rather be hanging out with my school friends and sleeping late instead of getting on a bus filled with pre-schoolers going to a camp with kids your not close with and barely like and go to a place where yo don’t have fun while my parents think they are paying for something good. also i am 12 so if i move camps i will be there for like a year befogging being done with it. that means i will have to make new friends at an entirely new place. please tell me how to convince them to get me out. btw my current camp is blue rill day camp in airmont, new york
i just went through the same thing yesturday, ireally didnt want to go to camp because the cousins i always ahng out with werent going this year so i really didont want to go, all i said to my parents is i dont wanna go cuz i dont like hanging out with anyone else, ive gone to that camp my whole entire life so i knew everybody but the same week of camp is my summer hockey so that means i would have to of missed that, so thats what convinced my parents..
