How do you write a letter explaining your absence?
ByI need some direction in writing a letter explaining my absence in band camp. The reason why was absent for two days was because I was on vacation at Hawaii. I’m not joking. I had already called my band teacher to inform him of my absence but I think he never got the message. That is all I am asking for. Thank you in advance ^_^.

just be honest! or have your parent write it.. im assuming thats who you went with!? i could be wrong! Otherwise just make another phone cal!! ask him if he did get the 1st message… if not, explain what it was you said!

You really should have your parent write the letter.
Please excuse _____ from missing the first two days of band camp, as she was vacationing with family. I wouldn’t even say where you were – unless you want to!
