i am trying to find my brother that was adopted at birth his first name is the same but his last changed help ?

he was born in 1988 in california his birth name parker sullivan huff and birth mom is bonnie huff biological father is michael weiser. mike was posted at camp pentleton in the marines. his last name was changed and his first name stayed the same. i do believe him to be living in oklahoma and possibly in the military somewhere not sure what branch please if anyoe could help me so that i can one day find him. i dont know how to begin but feel like i need to meet him. thanks

I would start by checking with adoption agencies, maybe with social services. Once you find his new last name you should be able to connect.
Keep in mind that county court houses keep name changes are public records.
The Mormons are not just a religious group. They are meticulous record keepers, dating back perhaps over 200 years ago. These records don’t pertain to Mormons only. Run his name through their database and see what you can come up with.
