I think I’ll do well on all the english parts of the SAT’s but I’ll probably suck at Math because I’m in basic Geometry and theres stuff on the SAT’s I havent learned and never will.
BTW, how do you get into national honors society? How can I join?
I live in Connecticut.
Here are the colleges I want to go to:
*Syracuse
*Uconn
*Fordham
*BU
*Umass-Amherst
*Emerson
*Indiana
*Penn State
*Muhlenberg
So what do you think about me?
I REFUSE to go to community college. I just do. I’m better than that. I just struggle in the first quarter (which brings my GPA down) because I’m an OBSESSIVE Yankees fan. MUCH more important to me than school. And I have Anger Management which brings me down sometimes.
So what do u think?
Thanks!
I know I want to major in journalism
Look, I’m sorry, I cant let my team do that. They’re my guys.
My team. I cant just IGNORE THEM!
And I’m a Junior!

Try one with your interest, journalism.
You might get in Penn State or Indiana, but you don’t state what you would like to major in. If it’s journalism, you might want Missouri which has a very good school of journalism. Check with your high school counselor about its chapter of the National Honor Society. (I had a 3.85 and missed by.15 of a point.) Nobody cares if you think you’re better than a community college student, and you’re generalizing way too much about those who attend. As for your English, fine, but you may want to devote a summer or two learning that math, maybe at that community college you’re sneering at. They have some mighty fine teachers who work with a lot of students who have difficulty in a subject, and the teachers have the same qualifications as most of your four year schools. Your personal problems are your own at college, though most good schools do offer some counseling. Good luck. You may have to let the Yankees work it out for themselves for a couple of years–you can always tape the games for later. Apply early and see who’s willing to give you a shot, be prepared for rejection from most–you’ll need at least a 3.0 or better. Work on that personality presentation, and pray.
