If an employee abuses a child, is there some agency to report that to? In New York?

In New York – If an employee of a summer camp sexually abused a young child, and he takes a guilty plea, does that get reported to some sort of agency so that he is never allowed to work near children again?
Note: He might plead to a non-registerable offense.
