If Marijuana gets legalized in California, what happens next?

Will people be traveling from all around the country to buy some of this legalized herb? And how will the state of California set there guide lines for its use? And What will this mean for the rest of the countries decision on marijuana legalization?

more marijuana-related injuries.
more people claiming “they need it for medical purposes.”
more people fightin’ “the man” (aka their state) to legalize marijuana.
…and that’s about it.
We wait and see whether it is the cure-all to California’s budget woes that they hope it will be, or whether it triggers a crime wave across the state like the opponents to legalization claim.
I can tell you that I will be visiting California, because I suffer from excruciating back pain and that is the only thing that works without making me unconscious.
Hopefully there will be no “guidelines” and the state will just cash in on the tax money and mind their own business as to how people use the stuff.
I expect that when the other states see how much money CA is raking in from their smoke tax, they will want to get in on it too. Several states are already laying the groundwork for legalization. See: http://norml.org/
Federally, it’s still illegal, and we all know Federal > State law.
Only until they set a string of charges on the San Andreas and SINK THE STATE.
