   Well, I have no Idea when I first saw the question. But, then I remembered that my Nephew lives in the District, and plays Soccer. So, I called him and there is a Camp called DC Stoddert Soccer. Here’s the URL: http://www.stoddert.com/ Hope I helped!!!
