Is this appropriate music for 6 year olds? ?
What are some kid songs for 6 year olds? She is having a party on Sunday and I am in charge of the music. This is what I have:

11. Camp Rock – We Rock
12. Camp Rock – This is Me

Oh! Is Miley Cyrus “Breakout” album appropriate? For example: 7 Things. “The 7 things I like about you…..blah blah blah every kiss I reminisce.”.
my daughter is 7 and loves all those. i haven’t heard #5 so i don’t know about that one
yes very appropriate. the jonas brothers are good too. my 7 year old loves them.
totally my sister is five she listens two all of those songs
I personally think #5 is a little too old for 6. But the rest are pretty fun.
But it isn’t like #5 is obscene or anything…

They are fine. They don’t have any cus words in the lyrics so your okay with all the songs. In my opinion, kids don’t listen to the lyrics, they listen to the beat, so 7 things is fine.
yes. i would say all of them are, but maybe not #5. it take about too much romance for a 6 year old to hear
7-15 is fine! But the first 6 are terrible! Miley/Hannah and Vanessa are the WORST role models EVER for young girls!
It’s just my opinion but I think 6 is too young for this stuff – I think 9 is a more appropriate age. Aren’t most 6 year olds still into Dora and Disney Princesses and stuff?? Wow, kids just grow up faster and faster.
I just asked my 9 year old and 11 year old – they think some Hannah Montana songs might be okay (not the ones about boyfriends and girlfriends) but that Camp Rock is too old for a 6 year old.
