I would really like to find out the point of view of any of the Cuban migrants housed in any of the camps on Empire Range, Panama, JTF Safe Haven during 1994/1995. Especially Camp 4. What did you think of the accommodations, the american forces, what were rumors going around, anything you found then or now of interest. I welcome anyone’s thoughts or stories (Military/Civilian/Cuban). I know this is a vague question, so feel free to answer any way you wish.
