How/When did you know that your husband/wife was the one?
I’m wondering because I met this guy while I was at this 2 week Christian leadership camp in Colorado and I just had this feeling about him…like it’s this feeling I can’t explain. I’ve had crushes on guys in the past but I’ve never had a feeling like this.
When he first kissed me… different from anyone else and I totally fell head over heels.
How did I know…I just did
When did I know ..about 2 1/2 years into the relationship.
knew he was someone special- about 6 months into dating.
knew he was the *one*- 1 1/2 yrs into dating.
hubby said he knew right away, it took me a yr or so
but it happens at any given time to anyone, not all ppl experience the love at first sight
take it easy and get to know one another, sometimes feelings and first impressions can be misleading
When I’d known him long enough to know his personality, his kindness, to talk with people who knew him and not find any dirt or bad stories, to see how well we got along and enjoyed being together, and so on.
When I first met him we had so much in common more than any other guy I had dated. I knew within the first week that he was the only one for me. 9 years together almost one year married now and still feel the same way.
My husband and I both met when we were 15, and dated for 4 years and then got married. We are 25 and have been happily married since. What i fell for was seeing how much love he had for God and how much he care to send out the message. He was always a gentleman, loving and caring. I love the fact that after God I am the next one in his life. I also love the fact he cared so much for living a Godly life. it takes yes, strong morals, and views but als a lt of will power. We waited to have sex until marriage. and working together n this and with Gods help, it meant to much! and helped our relatinship grow strong (and still is!) He was my 1st bf and i was his 1st gf too. I had liked other guys before while in high school, but when i met him and saw how he acted and everything else i mentined abve, I knew he was the one. Also we always have known that love is a choice. Keep that in mind. Real love is not a feeling but a decision you make so that when you marry, it will be of a lifetime. Good luck!!
