Me and my dad are looking to climb Mt. Wheeler in new mexico this summer. (More info in details)?
Bywe have never done very much climbing but a couple be for. we are looking to take the bull of woods route and camp on the summit. we need to know what kind of gear we will need.

I do a lot of cliffs and I would say to buy a full set of cams. You will also need a Petzl Reverso or a Black Diamond ATC Guide. I recommend you get the Reverso it slides through the rope easier. With the Reverso you can lower from the top or belay from the top. Also get a dynamic rope for lead climbing.
