Mills Promotes Tourism in Area Erie County Legislator John J. Mills recently took on the role of tour guide, leading Erie County Executive Chris Collins and Buffalo Niagara Convention & Visitors Bureau President Dottie Gallagher-Cohen on a trip through the 13th Legislative District.
