One of my best friends from camp is coming to visit me :) What should we do?
I live in the DC Metropolitan Area and she is going to be visiting me for a day. What should we do? I love museums and I want to show her everything I love about DC. And we are going to go out for lunch. I was thinking somewhere along Constitution Ave or Pennsylvania Ave (price doesn’t matter much). Can you please help me plan an itinerary? Thanks in advance!
Go through D.C.
Go to the monument to see a little of it.
Go to the Smithsonian for an hour or two.
Go have a picnic across the street from the Smithsonian.
Go to the Washington Capital.
If you have time in the day, take pictures in front of the White House. I do not know how far the White House is from the Smithsonian…
Go see a show. Dont they have plays in DC?
Go to the movies.
If it were in September, I would tell you that you can go to the National Book Fair, but that is over.
Maybe The Cherry Blossom Festival if she is coming in that time.
