some help on what a text might mean?

a girl that i like and had been dating me was at a work-camp thing in michigan. one day i randomly got a text from her, “i was hun i was” i don’t know what to make of it. later that day she started telling me how much she missed me and that she wanted to get back together but she couldn’t. anyone able to provide insight into what this might mean?
Sounds like someone who is homesick and reaching out to someone who represents home to her.
I wouldn’t take it too seriously. At most, you might ask her what she meant, when she returns.
She may have been joking… or she may have been drunk. Either way, it doesn’t really make any sense. She might’ve accidentally sent a text to you.
