Is the tent waterproof? Certainly! Holds up to drenching rains and stiff winds as proven in our 2 week trip to Sturgis last year (2010).
how is the quality of the tent? Is it durable and more importantly is it waterproof?

We are at $6995 retail but there’ s a lot that you don’t see. The MAHI rider is certainly a prime target but keep in mind the hybrid and compact market as well. You can’t tow a “trailer” with a Prius, but this is only 212lbs dry and that’s no more than an adult passenger and there are towhitch assemblies that can easily manage these. So, our market spreads agressively over a new generation of vehicles and a new definition of “green” adventurers.
Thanks for having a sense of humour. The trailer is very cool, and it’s time has come. You will find a great market for this…with the MAHI rider (middle aged high income).
I don’t don’t what price point your at with this…but I can see the $6,000. range, give or take options. See if you can incorporate a nice collapsing luggage rack on top. Good luck with it.
You’re free to accessorize it as you see fit. We won’t be offering any missiles or gren ades, although wings…who knows?
It’s just a tent on a trailer. Put some wings on it…maybe some anti-aircraft missiles and a belt full of grenades. Now THAT would be badd-ass
