Weatherproof wireless routers?

I’m looking for one of these, if they’r even available. I want the internet. A neighbor around 500 ft away has broadband. I live in a metal travel trailer. I have a lap top and am able to use the neighbor’s broadband. How would I do this? They have a router with 2 computers on it in their house. The signal has to go through their wood house, some trees, then my metal house. Any suggestions? Can’t spend a ton on this project. If you can help and it’s a real indepth answer, please email with advise. Thanks!

This case could make nearly any router work: http://www.hyperlinktech.com/web/weatherproof_wireless_enclosure.php

If you just want to string an antenna out the window, this could work:
