What all do I need to do before deer hunting at land between the lakes?

Ok, I now I need a Kentucky or Tennessee hunting license, and then a deer tag for kentucky, and then a land between the lakes user permit. What I am really confused about, is I know of some camp grounds there, but can I stay at one while I hunt? Like sleep, get up in morning and drive to where I will be hunting? Then how do I check in to hunt there, and then check out? And then if I do get a deer, can I hang it up on a tree in my camp spot, with people around me that are there just to camp? They couldn’t report me or anything could they?

Ask at the camp grounds you would like to stay at, for the very best right answer.
